Blueberry Basil Limeade
Janice served this at our 2015 Meet & Greet. It was tasty!

8 oz. frozen blueberries                               1 c fresh basil leaves
1 – 12 oz. pkg. frozen limeade                    7 c water

Heat 7 cups water almost to a boil.
Drop in 1 cup fresh basil leaves.
Cover with lid; turn off heat.
Cool to room temperature.
Strain off basil leaves and refrigerate.
In blender, puree blueberries with slightly thawed frozen limeade concentrate.
Reconstitute limeade-blueberry mix with the basil infusion, following package directions.
To serve, float slices of fresh lime, blueberries, and small basil leaves.

Variation: For a nice punch, add a 12 oz. can of ginger ale.

Recipe can be doubled.
