Hoppy Hot Chocolate

1 c milk 1 vanilla bean 1 cinnamon stick
½ c water 3 c heavy cream ¼ t nutmeg
¼ c hops ¼ c sugar 1¼ c chocolate chips
Heat ingredients over medium heat.
Stir.
Strain using a sieve, pouring over chocolate chips.
Blend well.
