Join us for our Annual Herb Sale on April 21, 2018.
Our Annual Herb Sale is your one-stop shopping as you plan your herb, vegetable, and native gardens.
The intoxicating fragrance of 10,000 herbs fills the auditorium.
We share tips about herbs and herb gardening. We provide herbal demonstrations, tasty herbal treats, and recipes.
The doors open at 8:30, but the line starts much earlier at our traditional location, the First Congregational Church at 10 West Lockwood (at Elm) in Webster Groves.
The WGHS sale has the largest selections of herbs in the area. Where else can you get your choice of mints, basils, lavenders, rosemarys, oreganos, scented geraniums, thymes, and more?
This is the largest herb sale in the St. Louis metro area, and has the greatest selection of herbs, all from Missouri growers meeting the certification requirements of the State of Missouri. No other sale has the varieties of basils, lavenders, rosemarys, thymes, sages, mints and more.
All the herbs are locally grown. The herbs have been started and grown in the same conditions as your own garden so they will transition easily to your soil.
The waiting time flies as you sample sweet and savory treats made with lavender, basil, mint, rosemary, and other tasty herbs. WGHS members gladly share recipes, tips, and tricks. Bring your herbal questions.
